  • Credit card spend limits:

    Maximum spend of up to £250 per calendar month with credit cards permitted. Credit cards cannot be used to enter instant win competitions.

  • Spend limit tools:

    Players can set monthly spend limits on their account to help manage and control their participation. Players cannot exceed their monthly spend limit once set.

  • Account pausing:

    Players can take a break from Metro Competitions by setting their account on ‘pause’ for up to 6 months. During this time, players will not be able to enter any competitions (including free-to-enter draws) and not receive any marketing until the ‘pause’ period has fully ended. If you wish to permanently close your account you may do this within your Account Settings.

  • Age verification:

    Our Winner Support team verify competition winners are 18 years or older.

  • Competition transparency:

    Competition rules and entry mechanics are clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions, with every competition having a free entry route. All winners are decided using a state-of-the-art Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a third-party called Risk Cherry. This means you can be confident that every outcome is random and fair.
