Choose your tickets
Decide how many tickets you'd like. Each ticket is one entry, so the more you have, the more chances you have to win. Once you've checked out, you'll be given your ticket numbers, picked at random. You can find them anytime in your account.
Wait for the draw
Every competition has a closing date. The draw happens once the competition closes or all the tickets have sold, whichever comes first. A winning ticket number is picked using our independently certified Random Number Generator.
Find out if you've won
If the winning ticket number is yours we'll get in touch by email and phone to let you know and arrange your prize! We also announce every winner on the results page on our website.

Buying a ticket works just like a raffle. Once you've checked out, you're given a ticket number picked at random. Each competition has a list of prizes, and every prize has a winning ticket number attached. If your number matches one on the list, you win that prize straight away, with no waiting for results.

How to use Metro Credit
You can earn Metro Credit by entering competitions, signing up to our emails, and through offers at checkout.
You can use your credit to pay for competition tickets in full or in part. Here’s how:
- Log in, or create an account, using the email address your credit was sent to.
- Choose how many tickets you’d like.
- Click “Have a voucher or credit?” below the “Buy now” button.
- Switch on the “Redeem Metro Credit” toggle.
Already added tickets to your basket? You’ll also see a “Usable Metro Credit” toggle there. Switch it on to apply your credit.
